• How often should you clean your system filter?
    The STEP system filter protects your pump and we recommend it be cleaned annually. Since the STEP System was built over several years there can be differences in systems from household to household. A contractor can be engaged to perform the cleaning, or you can do it yourself. For the basic cleaning steps you can follow to get the job done quickly and correctly. Note: pumping your tanks is not required to perform this work.
